WGS receives $5000 Grant

Winchester Grade School has been selected by the Bayer Fund America's Farmers Grow Communities Program to receive a grant of $5,000.  The school was nominated by Debbie Bicknell, and used these funds to purchase additional chromebooks.  These devices are used daily by students in Kindergarten through 8th grade to access curriculum, google classroom, grades, etc.

WGS Principal Andy Stumpf says "We are very excited to be chosen to receive this award and really appreciate the continued support in educating our students!"

Students pictured represent Kindergarten through 6th grade, and use the chromebooks at school on a daily basis.  You can tell by their smiles that they also appreciate the continued support of our community and of Bayer's America's Farmers Grow Communities Program!
