March 2024 Students of the Month
WGS Students of the Month -
For the month of March, students focused on the meaning of courage. Students reflected on how having courage means to do or attempt something new, unknown, or something that might be out of their comfort zone. Being courageous for students meant they were trying to overcome something that they felt was a challenge. One special nomination the grade school had that represented courage was the boys high school basketball team competing in the State semifinals and championship. A big thank you to Winchester Farmer State Bank and Central Valley Sports for donations the month of March rewards!
