School Messenger 10/20/20

Below is last night’s school messenger message for those of you that missed it:

First, the weather is beginning to change as winter approaches.  We will take students outside for masks breaks as often as possible.  Please send your child to school in a winter coat, gloves, and a hat so they will be warm when it is cold outside.  If you need a coat, gloves, or a hat, please contact Mrs. Coon for assistance.

Next, we have decided to open the playgrounds at WGS.  We still require an adult to be with all children playing on the playgrounds at all times.  Also, when playing, please make sure you are practicing social distancing and washing your hands regularly.

Reminder:  there is no school on November 3rd due to the election

Please send a water bottle to school with your children each day.  They are able to refill them with our bottle fill machines.  We are also looking for anyone interested in donating cases of disposable water bottles.  All donations can be dropped off at the WGS office between 7:30 and 4:00 p.m. each weekday.

Report cards were sent out today via TeacherEase.  If you have any problems accessing your TeacherEase account, please call the WGS office.

Finally, please remember to certify your child on CrisisGo each morning before sending them to school and on the bus.  It is important that all parents do this each day so Mrs. Coon does not have to spend hours calling to remind people to certify.

Thank you for your time.  Mr. Andy Stumpf, Principal

***  In order to access your child’s report card you will need to log into your TeacherEase account, click academic, and click report card.  If you need further assistance, please call the WGS office.
