Homecoming 2023 (updated 9/14/23)

The West Central Cougar Homecoming Parade will take place on Friday, September 22nd, starting at 1:30PM. Parade entries should line up at 1:00PM at the corner of Elm and Cross Street (along the side of the street and in the bus garage parking lot.)
We invite anyone who wants to be added to the list as a parade entry to contact Maryon Shaw mshaw@bluffs-school.com (or call the Bluffs School) or Leevia Barnett lbarnett@winchesterschools.net (or call the Winchester High School) Parade entries may also show up and be added to list the day of the parade.
Parade entries will be lined up in a set order this year. Please email above so you are added to the list. We ask that everyone please follow in the order that will be given when proceeding in the parade as it will help everyone with the organization!
We invite you to join us immediately following the parade, for a pep rally on the square to cheer on our Cougars as they prepare to take on the Pleasent Hill Wolves!
