JH - 8th Grade Night
This will take place tomorrow night, January 21, in Bluffs when the Cougars take on Rushville.
All JH 8th grade basketball players and cheerleaders will be recognized prior to the start of the 8th grade game.
WCUSD1: Winchester Schools will be closed on Tuesday 1/21/25.

Landry Suttles just mastered all math facts on XtraMath. The 1st first grader I have ever had master 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd grade AND 4th grade basic addition, subtraction, multiplication AND division facts! Super impressive!

1st Grade Spotlight Briggs Hubbert! Briggs earned a trip to the Winchester Public Library with Mrs. Hurrelbrink to celebrate entering the 50 Point AR Club. Great job crushing your reading goals!


The Winchester Kiwanis were honored on Night #3 of the WIT
They are celebrating their 100 year Anniversary🎉
The club was organized in July 1925, and has served Winchester and Scott County ever
since. Most notably, the monthly food pantry, the annual Christmas Basket Delivery, and the annual Scholarship Program.
They currently sponsor the WHS Key Club.
Thank you to our Kiwanis for their community support as they work to serve the children of the world 🏀

Jr High Winter Sports Pictures will be Wednesday, January 29th right after our 2:15 dismissal. The sports will include: Basketball (Girls & Boys), Cheer, Jr High Volleyball.

A big congratulations to our JH boys seventh and eighth grade basketball teams!
Our seventh grade team came out eager for the victory and won third place!
Our eighth grade team are the Virginia Tournament top team, winning first place!
