Wayne Bruns, Easton Smith, Reid Phelps, and Henry Gregory received high praise from Mr. Mathers and Mrs. Carroll for helping out throughout the day on Wednesday! They were happy to help when asked to move many band instruments and boxes during the day. As a small token of appreciation, they got a couple pizzas to have on Thursday! We are always proud to share how our students are willing to lend a helping hand!

Woods 2 class is a dual credit class through LLCC. The goal for Woods 2 is to learn all the steps on how to build a shed/small structure and then build it with little help from me; the instructor. The students took charge of this build and I mostly supervised and guided students. I think we exceeded our goal! The shed was completed in just 6 weeks.
I am so proud of these students. It’s not perfect but for a group of teenagers it turned out great!! Mrs. L. Hileman, Instructor.

They were crowned this past Friday at "A Night in New York " Junior-Senior Prom 2025.
WGS spotlight! We want to thank the Girls on the Run Program for their amazing gifts! They were asked to complete a community service project and they chose the WGS staff! They took everyone in the building a "treat cart" for a fun surprise snack!
