ONLINE REGISTRATION Will open on August 3, 2026.

The WGS & WHS Offices are closed until August 3, 2026. We will be back in the offices starting Aug 3rd till Aug. 13th; from 8am till 12:30pm. (Offices are closed on Fridays); Starting August 17th we are back to normal hours.

Online Registration is through your TeacherEase Account (Link on Website). If you have any issues or are unable to login please reach out to Ms. Tonya Sanders at tsanders@winchesterschools.net.

WC Athletes (HS) - please remember if you are participating in a fall sport you will have to be registered and all medical forms uptodate. WC Football starts 8/5/26, with WC Volleyball, Golf and Cross Country starting 8/10/26. You can bring new medical forms to the office or you can email them to tsanders@winchesterschools.net.

New Student Registration Link is on the front page of the website and is for Kindergarten through 12th Grade only. If you have already started that progress we will accept them when we return in August. If you have a Preschool Student please email Mrs. Karen Rueter at krueter@winchesterschools.net and she will be in touch with the information.

WGS (K-8th) will have in person registration for new students to the district on Wednesday, August 5th in the WGS Office; from 8am till noon. WHS New to District please stop by the WHS office during office hours.

Medical and Health Forms; School Supply List; Residency Forms; School Calendar etc... can be found on the school website.
