PUBLIC NOTICE
Winchester CUSD #1 regularly reviews all student records. The school district keeps student information such as grades, classes taken and graduation date for not less than 60 years. Other information such as disciplinary actions, test scores, and IEP information is retained for 5 years. Parents of students and students that graduated or left school during the years of 2018 to 2020 are hereby notified if they wish a copy of any “temporary” information before it is destroyed, they must make the request to Superintendent Kevin Blankenship no later than June 23, 2025. The scheduled destruction date of this temporary information is July 21, 2025.
