2nd Annual Christmas Parade seeking Entries

    The 2nd Annual Christmas Parade is approaching fast. It is held in conjunction with the Winchester Civic Group's "Hometown Christmas" on Saturday, Dec. 7th.  Please contact the WHS office at 217-742-3151 if you would like more information or would like to sign up your entry.
