7th Grade Health Class learns the damaging effects of Drugs
The 7th grade health class participated in a 10 week Health Rocks program provided by University of Illinois Extension (thank you April Littig). This program focuses on showing youth the effects of drugs and alcohol, media influence, the importance of good decision making skills and goals for the future.
The students are participating in the final day of the program by finding out the realities of drug and alcohol use. Students were able to participate in various sobriety test activities.
