Winchester High School 2015-2016 Registration
Registration will be as follows:
Tuesday, August 4th (freshmen only) – 6:00pm (Freshmen Orientation)
Wednesday, August 5th – 1:00-4:00pm & 6:00-8:00pm
Thursday, August 6th – 5:00-8:00pm
In order to save you time during the registration process, various forms (excluding the Profile Sheet and Household Eligibility Application) are below. The Profile Sheets and the Household Eligibility Application will be provided in the summer mailing. Summer mailing should go out the week of July 20th, so please look for that.
Providing the forms online allows you to complete them when it is most convenient for you. Please have them completed when you come in to register.

Click here to print the IHSA Sports Medicine & Concussion Form - If you are participating in any Extracurricular Activity - you must have this form.
Click here for the 2015-16 Parking Form - If you drive to school you must park at the school campus and you will need this form on file.

Fall Athletics
Start dates for fall high school sports are as follows:

Football – August 10th

Golf – August 12th

Volleyball – August 12th
Please keep in mind if you are playing a fall sport you must have a current physical; IHSA Sports Medicine Form; Media Form; Insurance Waiver/Handbook-Code of Conduct and a Transportation Waiver Form (Optional) on file with the WHS Office.
